Currently we are only offering FULL time positions - this requires 30+ hours per week, including one weekend shift.

Although a career as a phone sex operator can be quite lucrative, this is not a "get rich quick" industry. Phone sex is a job that requires time, dedication and an diligent effort to build and maintain a clientele. We consider a successful operator as one who not only understands the client's needs, but also someone that can work well with others.

K & G is a combo company; therefore, all contractors will receive calls either through traditional "trolling" methods as well as through our dispatch line. It is important to know that the best way to build your clientele is with self promotion.

Requirements:

1. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. You must have the ability to be online & on the phone at the same time (2 phone lines or dsl/cable).
3. For security, your phone number must be unlisted & unpublished before starting to work.
4. You must have time to devote to chatting with potential clients in chat rooms and promoting yourself.
5. We require you to obtain certain tools, such as instant messaging machines, Anti-Virus Program and so forth. Downloads will be provided if you do not already have them.
6. We require that you work a minimum of 30 hours a week between taking calls, promoting yourself and working chatrooms. This means that being online and answering email is NOT the only component of your job.
7. You are required to work on either Saturday or Sunday for a few hours.

We offer:

1. Great pay! Earn between 50-70% for direct dial calls, and $1 per minute for all dispatched calls.
2. Direct Deposit every other Thursday.
3. We will provide you with a customized website & tech support by our contracted webteam.
4. We provide some advertising, promotion, support and training resources (if needed) to you.
5. We will provide you with an AOL email account to work in conjunction with your current ISP.
6. The ability & flexibilty to set your own hours (minimum of 30) & with subject matter which you feel comfortable with.
7. Most importantly, a friendly and supportive enviornment.

Q. I never had phone sex before, you can teach me right?
A. No, we can not TEACH you how to have phone sex. You should try having phone sex with several strangers to see if you are comfortable with it before applying.

A. Stop! If you are looking for a $XX an hour job, we suggest you apply for work in another field. Your pay is based upon commission of the total sales that are billed through you. The more hours you are online, the more effort you are making towards marketing, the higher probability for you to increase your sales thus making more money.

Q. I know it will take time, but if I work full time for a month, I should be making bank, right?
A. There are several determining factors including: Your versitality, ability to cover a variety of fetish topics skillfully, your attitude, availability, voice.. the list goes on.

Q. Can I honestly make a living at phone sex?
A. Again, it depends upon several factors, but we have 5 ladies currently working here, where this is the only job that is supporting their household.
